Star Emily Maynard accepted Jef Holm’s proposal on the finale yesterday, even though she was questioning whether accepting a proposal would be the right thing for her. However, when the couple appeared together on ‘After the Finale Rose,’ they seemed very happy together. They announced that they were indeed thinking of a spring wedding, so they could move in together soon rather than later. Until they are married, they will live apart. Since Emily has been dreaming of getting married, she is already looking at potential wedding dresses.
"I've been looking up dresses online and buying every wedding magazine in the grocery store," Emily says. "We're just kind of taking it day by day." It doesn’t sound like ‘Bachelorette’ star Emily Maynard is taking things day by day, since she is already looking at dresses after just months of knowing him. But Jef Holm is getting adjusted to his new lifestyle. That doesn’t mean looking at wedding dresses, but more about becoming a supporting father figure. “We're just going to live our lives together and get accustomed with each other, plan a wedding, and when we get married, move in together," Jef shared on ‘Good Morning America’ this morning.
"Right now she knows that Jef is a huge part of my life," Emily explains. "I didn't want to burden her with too much because it was still a secret, and God knows she's the worst secret keeper ever! Now that we can be out in public, she's going to know.”
